On April 9, Don’t Mention Hollywood, a play written by Ilona Ryder and Directed by Martin Stout, debuted in the Place Beausejour Social Room. The production offers a glimpse into the life of Michael Curtiz, the renowned Hollywood director who began his career in Austria. The Social Room was filled to capacity, with approximately 60 residents and guests in attendance. The performance earned rave reviews by those attending and will be premiering at the Yellowhead Regional One Act Festival competition in Drayton Valley April 11.
